The Disco Dancer Mithun Chakraborty (One of my favorite) appeared today in Indian Idol 5 show and rocked. Mithun Chakraborty, being one of the most popular actor in 1980s- 1990s is famous for his very very unique and powerful voice. Mithun has a voice that will impress anyone. However, he is blamed to have very similar roles in most of the films. He was also popular for his actions and fights but more than 70% of his films are full of action with very similar stories. He has played leading role as an police officer in many films. However, very few of films were successful. People even call him cowboy.
He has won Filmfare Best Villain Award for his role in film Jallad. It is wroth watching film. Mithun has appeared in more than 250 films and Veer is his latest film where he has played the role of Prithivi (Father of Veer). His upcoming movies are Golmaal 3, Handa Vonda. 63 years old actor Mithun still looks young like 40 🙂 He had appeared in Sa re Ga Ma little champs also.

Just look at Abhijeet’s and Husen’s style. Ahh, last week, the lover-boy Rakesh was retained by Judges. Now no one can retain anyone unless some miracle happens. Mithun appeared as gunman in the show. What an entry. What a voice ! Wow Wow Wow
So basically Mithun wants to tell us that he is only 30 years old.
Folks, what do you think ? Will Swaroop be eliminated tomorrow ? Swaroop and Bhoomi may be in bottom. There are chances of Rakesh and Shivam also but very less. I am not expecting Sreeram at all. The guy Shreeram has 90% chances of becoming Indian Idol and almost 100% to be in top 2. However, anything can happen in the show. Mithun Chakraborty rocks.

i really liked mithun’s dance when anu malik sang johny johny. i have always been mithun fan and at the age of 7/8 i had seen one of mithun;s film where he jumped with tharra bottles from a truck in a fight scene and i tried copying that with coke bottles…only to end up with a wounded thumb, i still have a mark on my left thumb!!
