I Love Wlink in Nepal but sometimes they make me get rude ! I am not blaming them. They are doing their best though !
The Internet connection of Worldlink Nepal sucks ! Just imagine that i had to loose $200 + within a day due to fucking Internet of WLINK NEPAL. There is error almost every week and they are never concerned about the issue seriously. Sometimes the connection is dead at midnight and it is repaired only at mid-day. Today the site was slow and they posted message in their site. No other site opens other than wlink.com.np
The problem lasted about 4 hours and didn’t work even after they said it was fine. I lost a client with whom i was making a deal. This is not first time that i have been fucked up with the internet of worldlink nepal. I have no other option than using it because it is the best ISP in Nepal in my opinion.

Some problem : What problem guys ? Make it clear. Do you think we can’t understand the problem ? Always make everything clear with clients. Don’t just say some problem/some issue and it will be fine in some times. Be clear !
Local Websites can be surfed : LOL, What does it mean ? Do you think that only you are hosting provider in nepal ? WorldLink nepal actually wanted to say that our server is working and you can access sites hosted in our server. Such mistakes are not expected. What will people understand those who can understand. LOL, only few people here take care and understand though !

The main problem of wlink is they are focusing on price rather than quality.
If anyone is experiencing problems and they are serious enough then you should probably try the corporate dedicated internet of any ISP. they should not be preliminary shared that should guarantee 1:1 ratio.

eyah wlink sucks…i have a 256 connection which should download at 32….but it just gives 15-20 n the connection breaks so frequently. they just show that they value their customer…but not..

the internet service provided by worldlink is fu**ed up. every time i am browsing the net, it stops working, i think its my router so i reset it but still the problem continued, then connected the cable directly and still no f**king internet. then i realized how fu**ed up wlink has become.. just like a government owned company… i really wanna switch to another provider… Any suggestions as to which is is at least better than wlink?

never use worldlink internet service they are cheats. first they provide u with great speed during the trial period and after payment and few months they decrease your speed intentionally and make it slow. they cheat nepalese people. i my self have face this problem so people dont use wlink go for subisi its great and plus tv channels are free to…fuck u worldlink
Its sad to see that even pvt. net provider of Nepal is soo f..ked up.. m an ADSL user which use to work xcellent But since the rain started it made me realise that m still in Nepal nd ADSL is a gvt based company which is supposed to be fu..ked up.i was thinkin of switching to Wlink bUt now m starting to have 2nd thoughts.,!

fuck wlink. they never fix the “switch” on the pole around our area which STOPS WORKING EVERY MOTHERFUCKING 2-3 DAYS and it takes the bastards until the day after to fix it. Secondly, I pay for an unlimited line, but they say I must cap my download and set a limit for myself , OR else my line is moved to another server WHICH MAKES THE INTERNET SO HORRENDOUS ITS BETTER TO NOT USE IT AT ALL. open black mail and bullying to save the speed of their service, which is illegally and immorally shared between EIGHT MOTHERFUCKING LINES. no wonder they hate us using torrent and do everything they can to make our internet stop working. bastards.
Thanks friends. I was only a step closer to the wlink office in my city and now I’m backing off. I’m using Boadlink 256 plan. A berserk lured me saying wlink has 2 mbps download speed from microsoft site and more than 2 from you tube. He didn’t mention whether he was enjoying his trial seeed. funny. Even though broadlink speed sucks, but they are so dedicated towards their costumers. Wheneverr there is problem in net connection, they fix it in no time.Now I realise their loyalty and dedication would compel me to extend my connection plans at least for few months. Nd yea both NTC AND WLINK should REST IN PIECE IN HELL :,D
yeah man…..fucking worldlink guys come and go…and nobody knows wat they fixed…problem still exist….i subscribed for 1mbps and its 250kbs ps upload and download thats wat they say…so never ever use worldlink…i’m frustrated with their service……..
the worst i think is “WEBSURFER”…….they have incompetent staff and are very lazy to assist you or send their tecs to fix the problems…..they are very nice at the begining………but show their real faces as time goes on………….THEY ARE THUGS……..incompetent ass fuckers……i know more about networking than their tec support staffs…………………
besides…..even when i took dedicated internet service from them…..the speed was not impressive and as prommised…..i was ripped bad!

Hi, I have also many problems with Websurfer and would recommend you: don’t use their service. My complains are the same as above. Their technical support sucks, they do not come to fix problems at all. I called them many times in order to come and finish their installation of antenna. They did not bother to show up or even call me back and explain why they can are not coming. Since the begging I have very low connectivity: no Skype, no Youtube, hardly sending email. Pages are uploading so long that one is not anymore interested to open any website. I am done – closing my Websurfer account!!!!

Might be just me, but they have MASSIVE connetivity issues. Right now I’m getting 700+ ping to US servers, which is impossible from any part of the world. I get 200 ping once in a blue moon, but they manage to quickly fuck it up in a couple of days and its back to 600-700 ping. Fucking morons, please fire your engineers and go choke on a bunch of cocks.
Since last years I have subscribed for different ISP, Non in nepal seems to be good, bad luck for we, Nepalese. However, websurfer, is the worst as far as ripping you off is concerned. Nepal telicom and wlink for their support and service. and Ncell for their burglary. they think that they can put their hands in our pocket anytime and get any amount from our pocket any time.
Yep, worldlink confirmed for the worst ISP in the world. And they have the balls to call themselves no. 1. Maybe someone should go to their office and punch the retarded staff in the nose so they wake up and at least try to make a half assed effort to fix it, though the issue seems unfixable since youre clearly distributing bandwidth irregularly, or you decided to be a retard and buy your bandwidth from the single worst provider in india (you know what im talking about you complete retards)
The problem with these ISPs in Nepal is that they don’t have the raw bandwidth to cater our individual needs. Still they keep on taking new customers promising quality service. It’s like the fucking load shedding story of our country – limited production capacity; too many users. It’s guaranteed to result in loads of downtime for everyone. This is how they work. They sign up a new user for, say, 256 kbps. Then, these “overnight wannabe rich” degenerates spread that bandwidth to as many users as it can sign up. They’ll tell you they’ve got 1:1 or 1:5 or 1:10 ratio, but that’s bogus. Their main aim is to earn money. Now, the consumer cannot switch ISPs week after week, month after month. We’ll given in at some point and stick to a single ISP. The ISPs know this, which is why they keep doing what they’re doing.
These idiots have come up with a “fair user policy”, which states that you cannot continuously use the bandwidth you’ve been given, regardless of whether you’re on an unlimited plan. What a load of horse shit. One understands why they’ve come up with this idea. If I keep my torrents downloading 24/7, these idiots won’t be able to share my bandwidth with other users it continually signs up.
The only solution to all of this is for us to form a society of internet consumers. Heck, we don’t even need to register such an organization. Just open up a facebook page, spread the word and get millions to sign in. It’ll be a force then.
